Digital Republic are currently seeking a Senior Digital Analyst for a client of ours.You will take all our available digital data and, using your analytical skills, come up with clear, actionable insight that helps drives our business goals. You’ll be exceptional at talking people through what you have found, helping them understand what action to take next. You will also use your findings to drive the on-site testing, targeting in order to optimise our digital experience for sales and service sites across all digital platforms. You will work closely with product owners to understand key challenges and the best way to ensure we are able to tag measure and report back on new initiatives driven from insights.
–To take responsibility for proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey on all sites, taking account external best practice and current and future trends.
-Conduct deep dive analysis, provide regular insight in all aspects of the digital journey to pull out trends and reporting in the performance in order to improve the conversion rate of key customer journeys and digital channels.
-Drive continuous optimisation through ongoing measurement and performance reporting of the targeting, testing and personalisation programmes
-Proactively monitor our websites for changes in customer behaviour and communicate these insights clearly around the Digital team and wider business as necessary to drive change
-Investigate specific issues and propose solutions by analysing data from a wide range of sources including digital analytics data, voice of the customer and session replay tools.
-Contribute to the growing insight-based and data driven culture
– Assist with effective customer segmentation and profiling across multiple channels and platforms
– Support the maintenance and enhancements of the insight tools/platforms.
-Working with various product owners to understand tagging requirements, through to measurement and reporting.
-3-5 years’ experience in digital analytics
-Advanced analytical skills
-Significant experience in digital analytics with a proven record of delivering actionable insight and helping to drive change
-Experience of working with one or more leading Digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or WebTrends
-Proven track record of identifying new opportunities based on customer insight and data
-Experience using AB Testing / MVT tools
-An understanding of how analytics can be used to improve user experience and marketing performance
-Ability to distil complex analytics into simple themes that are appropriate for non-technical stakeholders
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
